The new design transforms the obsolete office building using opulent five-star finishes and amenities. Residents share access to the hotel’s fitness center and spa and such private amenities as a resident’s lounge and dining, business center, golf simulator, and children’s playspace. More than just a new luxury building, a cornerstone of the development features public attractions including roof-top cupola transformed into a cultural celebration of Louisiana’s heritage, a panoramic observation deck, extensive landscaped paths and gardens, outdoor dining venues and a new ferry terminal.
